RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Trimanya, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality Ayurvedic products that promote holistic health and wellness. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with returns and refunds.

1.Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

 

2.Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns:

  • Products purchased during promotional sales or clearance.
  • Opened or used items, unless they are defective.
  • Personalized wellness plans, consultations, or digital products.


3.Refund Policy

  • Refunds for Eligible Returns: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.


4.Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Support Team at info@trimanya.com.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, photos and unboxing video.
  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.


6.Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days.



7.Exceptions

Trimanya reserves the right to refuse a return or refund request if the product does not meet our return eligibility criteria or if fraudulent behavior is suspected.
